Eleutheria in Bemidji, MN, is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our school-based service delivery team. You will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to support student success and educational goals.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience conducting FBAs in school settings.
• Experience developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior management.
• Ability to work in school environments and collaborate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in school settings to identify causes of challenging behaviors.
• Develop individualized, data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with student goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, administrators, and related service providers to implement strategies.
• Provide consultation and coaching to school staff to ensure fidelity of BIP implementation.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
