Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to promote positive student outcomes.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions based on student progress.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to school staff implementing behavior plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines.
