Onward Education is partnering with a school in Isanti County, MN to hire a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role supports students by assessing behavioral needs and creating data-driven intervention strategies within school teams.

The position runs August 17, 2026 through May 21, 2027, with a 32-hour weekly schedule. Requirements include a Master's in a related field and BCBA certification, plus active or eligible Minnesota licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification is required or eligible for Minnesota licensure/certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify causes of challenging behaviors.
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) using data-driven practices.
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support across school settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure consistency in interventions.
• Train and support staff on behavior strategies, implementation, and data collection.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
