Job summary

Onward Education, a Minnesota school district partner, seeks a licensed BCBA to join the team for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves working directly in school environments to implement behavior strategies that support student success.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide staff training, and ensure consistency of interventions across environments, with on-site hours and a 27-52 week schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certification.
• Experience with students with autism or developmental challenges.
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop plans.
• Strong collaboration with school teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify causes of challenging behaviors.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment data.
• Provide training and ongoing support to school staff on behavior strategies.
• Create data collection systems to monitor student progress and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with parents to ensure consistency across environments.
