Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an LABA/Program Manager in Seattle to oversee ABA service delivery, enhance continuity of care, and support team growth. You will lead regional collaboration, ensure compliance with licensure standards, and mentor supervisees while prioritizing ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate from WAC 246-805-210 program with 135 ABA classroom hours (WAC 246-805-220).
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience

WAC 246-805-210 program graduate

135 classroom hours in ABA topics (WAC 246-805-220)

Supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230
