PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support professional growth across teams. The role requires licensure, substantial ABA fieldwork, and WA-state credentialing, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246‑805‑210 with at least 135 classroom hours in behavior‑analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246‑805‑230.

Responsabilités

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, post hire documents, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
