PBS Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care. You will lead program implementation, coordinate with regional teams, and maintain high clinical and ethical standards while supporting staff development.

Key credentials include state licensure, a relevant degree with ABA fieldwork, and supervised experience per WA regulations. The role offers flexible scheduling and pathways for professional growth within a supportive organization.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with field work hours and ABA experience.
• Completion of 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Supervised experience required under regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/state regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire docs, and compliance forms are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

Education

Active state licensure (per local regulatory requirements)

Bachelor's degree + 1000 field work hours + 1 year ABA experience

135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220)

Supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230
