Qualifikationen

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience including oversight.
• Graduate from WA program with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WA regulations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
