PBS Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery in Washington, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. Strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership are essential; bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities include program implementation oversight, regional coordination, compliance with state regulations, scheduling management, and mentoring supervisees to maintain ethical, clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate from a WAC 246-805-210 compliant program with 135 hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
