Job summary

PBS Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. You will coordinate with regional teams, maintain high standards, and manage scheduling and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include mentoring supervisees, monitoring performance, and upholding ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and BCaBA requirements. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or eligibility in accordance with local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1,000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience.
• Completion of required WA state behavior-analytic coursework and supervised experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification requirements.
