PBS Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and team growth in Washington state. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership while supporting regional teams for client satisfaction.

Candidates should hold active licensure, a BA/BS with ABA field hours, and supervised experience under WA regulations. Hybrid work and competitive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience, including designing/overseeing interventions.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210; complete 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics as described in WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
