Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an experienced LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care. You will coordinate regional teams, manage staffing, and uphold clinical and state regulatory standards.

This role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and growth of supervisees. Flexible scheduling and hybrid work options are available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ABA-related field with licensure or eligibility.
• At least 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Completion of WAC 246-805-210 requirements with coursework hours.
• Supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230 requirements.
• Professional licensure suitable for ABA program oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regs.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and assist staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is timely.
• Mentor supervisees and support their professional growth.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards with licensure requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field

1000 field work hours in ABA

1 year ABA experience

WAC 246-805-210 compliance

135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics

Supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230
