The role requires active state licensure, a bachelor’s degree, 1000 field hours, and WA compliance with behavior-analysis requirements, along with supervising staff and maintaining documentation. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with licensure or eligibility.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analytic topics as per WA? WAC 246-805-220.
• Experience overseeing ABA service delivery and supervision of staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure requirements.
