Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care. You will coordinate with regional teams, manage staffing and documentation, and mentor staff to uphold licensure standards.

Candidates should demonstrate clinical judgment and organizational leadership, with bilingual English/Spanish encouraged. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by law.
• Bachelor's degree with 1,000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience.
• Completion of WAC 246-805-210 program requirements with 135 hours in behavior analysis.
• Supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage scheduling, time off approvals and staffing needs.
• Ensure accurate, on-time documentation (E Sign, post-hire forms).
• Mentor supervisees and uphold licensure/certification standards.
