Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Washington state seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. You will use clinical judgment and organizational leadership to meet PBS Corp. standards. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience overseeing services.
• Graduate from WA program per WAC 246-805-210; 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics per WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards.
