PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth. English/Spanish bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The role requires active licensure, a bachelor’s degree with 1000 field hours and supervised ABA experience, plus WA state credentialing per WAC rules. This position supports scheduling, staffing, and documentation adherence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate from WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
