Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

You will coordinate with regional teams, monitor performance, and ensure timely documentation while upholding licensure standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 fieldwork hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Complete WAC 246-805-210; 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220).
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
