PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting the professional growth of teams.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply and a potential for hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246‑805‑210. Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior‑analysis topics described in WAC 246‑805‑220.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246‑805‑230.

Responsabilités

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
