Qualifications

• Active state licensure for the relevant state.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year ABA experience.
• Graduate from WAC 246-805-210 with 135 ABA classroom hours.
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation (E-Sign, post-hire docs, compliance) is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethics and clinical standards per licensure requirements.
