Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. LABA/Program Manager oversees ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting the growth of teams. A licensed clinician with strong leadership and bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Role requires coordination with regional teams to maintain standards, oversee scheduling, and ensure documentation compliance, while mentoring supervisees and upholding licensure requirements. Hybrid work options encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours.
• Complete supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—includingE Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
