Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. LABA/Program Manager oversees and coordinates high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting professional growth of teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field with licensure requirements as per local regulatory standards.
• 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience overseeing behavior modification services.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics and supervised experience per WAC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
