PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting the growth of their teams.

A strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged. The role emphasizes coordination with regional teams, adherence to licensure standards, and the ability to manage schedules, documentation, and staff development in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics described in WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsabilités

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
