Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Lab/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team development. The role requires strong clinical judgment and organizational leadership, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, maintaining high standards, and ensuring timely documentation while upholding licensure and certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure is required for practice.
• Bachelor’s degree with field work hours and ABA experience is required.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics required.
• Supervised experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/compliance with state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards aligned with licensure.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience

135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics

Supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230
