Job summary

PBS Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team development. You will lead program implementation, coordinate with regional teams, and uphold clinical and ethical standards across states.

Applicants with active licensure, a BCBA/related credential, and experience overseeing behavior-analytic services are preferred. Hybrid work options, competitive pay, and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete the supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
