Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery across regions, ensuring continuity of care and guiding team growth. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Ideal candidates will have active licensure, a BA/BS with significant ABA experience, and a track record of program supervision. Hybrid work arrangements may be available.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience and oversight.
• Graduation from a recognized bachelor's program under WAC 246-805-210 with 135 coursework hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and comply with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately.
• Mentor and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification.
