Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate ABA service delivery across regions.

You will ensure continuity of care, support staff development, and maintain compliance with licensure and internal standards. Responsibilities include overseeing program implementation, coordinating with regional teams, scheduling, and documenting required forms and post-hire paperwork while mentoring supervisees and upholding ethical and clinical

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 fieldwork hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Completed bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210 with at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220).
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
