Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the growth of our clinical teams.

You will lead program implementation, coordinate regional operations, ensure regulatory and company standards are met, and mentor supervisees while fostering ethical practice. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year ABA experience.
• Graduate from WAC 246‑805‑210; complete 135 classroom hours in behavior‑analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246‑805‑230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
