Qualifications

• Active state licensure (required)
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience
• Graduate from WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies/state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
