PBS Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery for assigned clients and coordinate with regional teams while upholding licensure and clinical standards. You will mentor supervisees and support staff development to maintain high quality care.

Formación

• Active state licensure required by local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• Completion of WAC 246-805-210 and 135 classroom ABA hours.
• Supervised experience as per WAC 246-805-230.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, post hire, compliance forms) is completed accurately.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure.
