PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, coordinate regional teams, and maintain high clinical and organizational standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, supervision, and adherence to licensure requirements, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged. Responsibilities include managing scheduling, documentation, and staff development, while ensuring continuity of care and client satisfaction across assigned programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210 with at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220).
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
