PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care across assigned clients. You will coordinate regional teams, monitor performance, and support staffing with emphasis on ethical practice and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree with ABA fieldwork hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a WAC-246-805-210 compliant program.
• Complete supervised experience under WAC-246-805-230.

Responsabilités

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
