Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and ensure continuity of care across regional teams. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp. standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field hours and 1 year of ABA experience including oversight for behavior modification services.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210 and complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
