Responsibilities

• Ensure THD At Home Services compliance with state/local licensing and permits.
• Oversee field compliance activities and jobsite quality audits.
• Maintain and renew required trade licenses through exams and continuing education.
• Act as primary decision-maker on customer complaint resolutions up to $1,000.
• Meet with state/local officials and trade groups to discuss compliance.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to identify risk and suggest improvements.
