Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a compliance leader to ensure At Home Services meet state and local licensing, permitting, and trade standards across the service-provider network. You will oversee field compliance, audits, and license maintenance while driving regulatory relationships and process improvements.

Responsibilities include analyzing compliance data, resolving issues with officials, and guiding exams/continuing education efforts to maintain required licenses and standards.

Qualifications

• Must meet age and work authorization requirements in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong relationships with regulatory agencies valued.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Experience with regulatory licenses and inspections is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure THD Service Providers’ compliance with state/local licensure, permits, and trade standards.
• Oversee field compliance activities such as license maintenance and inspections.
• Perform license exams and continuing education requirements as needed.
• Act as primary decision-maker on customer complaints related to THD Services up to $1,000.
• Meet with state/local officials and trade groups to resolve compliance issues.
• Conduct ad hoc data analysis to identify risk areas and propose improvements.
