Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure THD Service Providers in their category/geography comply with state/local licensing, permitting, and trade standards.
• Oversee field compliance activities including jobsite quality audits and supervision.
• Perform licensing exams and continuing education requirements to maintain trade licenses.
• Make primary decisions on resolving customer complaints related to THD Services installations, including approving customer satisfaction markdowns up to $1,000.
• Engage with state/local officials and trade groups to discuss compliance issues.
• Conduct ad hoc data analyses to identify risk/non-compliance and propose process improvements to Service Compliance.
