Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Compliance Lead for THD At Home Services to ensure all service provider work meets state and local licensing and regulatory standards. You will drive field compliance, oversee audits, and resolve customer satisfaction matters up to $1,000.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong relationships with state and local regulatory agencies and/or trade organizations.
• Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure THD Service Providers comply with state/local licensing, permitting, inspection requirements.
• Oversee jobsite quality audits and compliance activities.
• Assist in obtaining and maintaining specific trade licenses (exams and CE).
• Make decisions on customer satisfaction-related issues up to $1,000 in markdowns.
• Engage with state/local officials and trade groups to resolve compliance issues.
• Perform ad hoc data analyses to identify risk and suggest process improvements.
