Job summary

INNERGY is seeking an experienced Library Engineer to configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries for design-to-manufacturing workflows using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You’ll work directly with clients, standardize product data, and ensure libraries are accurate and production-ready.

You’ll train users, refine documentation with the Content Creation team, and adapt approaches for varying technical skill levels while maintaining clear communication and strong

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based tools.
• Solid grasp of engineering libraries: configure, validate, maintain.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients both in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries.
• Coach clients through best practices and directly edit client libraries as needed.
• Create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train clients and develop documentation with the Content Creation team.
• Provide ongoing support, on-boarding, and progress documentation for the wider team.
• Identify issues, fix library setup, and relay feedback to development teams.
