Job summary

INNERGY is a remote-first company offering cloud-based ERP software for custom manufacturers. We’re seeking a client-focused engineer to configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering, support clients remotely, and help them adopt efficient design-to-manufacturing workflows.

You’ll coach clients, run library setups, and collaborate with the Content and Development teams to improve tooling and data standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM or architectural millwork software.
• Hands-on with Microvellum Toolbox or similar AutoCAD-based tooling.
• Ability to configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand needs.
• Conduct regular check-ins to review progress and address roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate engineering libraries for client projects.
• Train clients and support documentation to ensure successful adoption.
• Keep clients updated on progress and issues throughout onboarding and validation.
• Identify and fix library setup issues and improve workflows for clients.
