Job summary

INNERGY, a fully remote software company serving custom manufacturers, seeks a Library Engineer to configure, build, validate, and maintain client engineering libraries using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.

You'll train clients, fix issues, and ensure libraries are production-ready, while coordinating with the Content Creation and support teams to improve library workflows and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox or similar AutoCAD-based design tools.
• Solid grasp of engineering libraries: configure, validate, maintain.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking.
• Patience and empathy with clients; measure success by results.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients; hold regular check-ins to review progress.
• Build and validate libraries; create and validate product data and rules.
• Train and support clients; collaborate on training materials and docs.
• Meet clients at their skill level; provide extra support as needed.
• Keep communication clear; document progress, issues, and fixes.
• Solve library setup and usage issues; implement practical solutions.
• Contribute client feedback to development and content teams.
