Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a remote Professional Services expert to configure, validate, and maintain client engineering libraries using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You’ll coach clients through best practices, sometimes working directly in client libraries to ensure accuracy and readiness for production.

You’ll train, support, and adapt to each client’s skill level while documenting progress and issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM or engineering software.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based tools.
• Knowledge of engineering libraries: configuration, validation, and maintenance.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Patience and empathy with clients, plus a habit of measuring success by results.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients. Hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering; ask questions to improve libraries.
• Build and validate libraries; help clients create and validate data, machining rules, and design standards; work in client libraries when needed.
• Train and support clients with one-on-one guidance on using Toolbox and Engineering libraries; collaborate with Content Creation for training materials and docs.
• Meet clients where they are by adjusting approach for different skill levels and providing extra support to ensure adoption of Toolbox and Engineering workflows.
• Maintain clear communication with clients through onboarding and validation; document progress, issues, and fixes for the wider support team.
• Solve problems by identifying and fixing library setup and usage issues; collaborate with clients on practical solutions to improve engineering workflows.
• Make the product better by passing client feedback and recurring issues to development and content teams to improve library management and client experience.
