Job summary

INNERGY seeks a client-facing engineer to configure, validate, and maintain libraries that drive the design-to-manufacturing workflow. You’ll work with Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering to ensure libraries are accurate, complete, and production-ready.

You’ll tailor approaches for different client skill levels, train users remotely or in person, and document progress while collaborating with the Content Creation team to deliver relevant training materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM or architectural millwork software.
• Hands-on with Microvellum Toolbox or INNERGY Engineering or AutoCAD-based tools.
• Knowledge of configuring and validating engineering libraries.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management to manage multiple engagements.
• Patience and empathy, measured by client results.

Responsibilities

• Configure, validate, and maintain client libraries.
• Provide training and support to clients.
• Hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks.
• Work with Content Creation to determine training materials and documentation needed.
• Adapt approach for clients at different skill levels; ensure adoption of Toolbox and Engineering workflows.
