Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Library Engineering Specialist to configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries used in Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You’ll work directly with clients to ensure libraries are accurate, complete, and production-ready.

You will train clients, provide guidance across varying skill levels, and document progress, issues, and fixes. Remote or office-based work is available, with a focus on clear communication and practical problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM or engineering software environments.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a range of clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering to configure, build, validate, and maintain libraries.
• Coach clients through best practices and provide hands-on library fixes when needed.
• Deliver one-on-one training and create documentation with the Content Creation team.
