Job summary

INNERGY is hiring for a Library Engineer who will configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries for design-to-manufacturing workflows using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You’ll train clients, adapt to varying skill levels, and ensure libraries are accurate and production-ready.

You’ll collaborate closely with clients, conduct regular progress reviews, and document issues and fixes for the support team. Experience with CAD/CAM tools and client training is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based tool.
• Ability to configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries.
• Clear communication of technical ideas to power users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients.
• Hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate libraries.
• Help clients create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train and support clients one-on-one and with documentation.
• Meet clients where they are and tailor support to their skill level.
• Keep communication clear with onboarding, validation, and issue tracking.
• Solve library setup, configuration, and usage problems.
• Provide feedback to development and content teams to improve the product.
