Job summary

INNERGY seeks a Library Engineer to configure, build, validate, and maintain engineering libraries for design-to-manufacturing workflows. You’ll coach clients on best practices and often work directly in client libraries to ensure accuracy and readiness for production.

You’ll train users on Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering, adapt to varied technical levels, and partner with Content Creation to deliver the most needed training materials. Remote-friendly role with global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based DFM tools.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.
• Strong organization and time management; can run several engagements.
• Patience and empathy with clients; measure success by client results.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients; hold regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks in Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering.
• Build and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards; work directly in client libraries when needed.
• Train and support clients with one‑on‑one guidance and collate required training materials.
• Meet clients where they are; tailor approach for different technical skill levels and provide extra support.
• Keep communication clear; document progress, issues, and fixes for the wider team.
• Solve problems; fix issues with library setup and usage, delivering practical solutions.
• Make the product better; relay client feedback to development and content teams to improve library management and experience.
