Job summary

EBSCO Information Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Proposals Specialist II to craft compelling responses for FOLIO Library Services Platform and related SaaS offerings. You’ll translate library workflows into customer-ready proposals while coordinating input from Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.

The role emphasizes strong writing, research, and project coordination skills within a supportive RFP team at EBSCO. Hybrid or remote work options apply based on location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales or corporate setting with strong communications or writing results.
• 2+ years professional writing, research, proposal development, or related coordination.
• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop technically accurate, customer-focused responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and related documents.
• Analyze requirements to identify response needs, gaps, questions, and SME input.
• Research FOLIO capabilities and library workflows to craft complete proposals.
• Coordinate proposal projects from review to submission with milestones and reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation, Tech Support, Legal, and others.
• Translate complex product information into clear, customer-focused language.
• Maintain and update the RFP content repository as products evolve.
• Review proposal content for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
