Job summary

The Brumback Library in Van Wert, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Operations Manager/Fiscal Officer to supervise the library's financial and administrative operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, HR administration, donor records, and support for the Library's Enrichment Foundation.

The position also oversees custodial and on-call maintenance staff, coordinates key office and facility operations, and reports to the Library Director.

Qualifications

• Payroll and bookkeeping experience required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience with governmental or nonprofit accounting is preferred.
