Job summary

The Brumback Library in Van Wert, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Operations Manager/Fiscal Officer to oversee financial and administrative operations, including budgeting, reporting, payroll, HR administration, donor records, and foundation support.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and financial-reporting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial audiences. Exempt, 40 hours/week, benefits eligible.

• Payroll and bookkeeping experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the library's financial and administrative operations.
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Handle HR administration, donor records, and support for the Library's Enrichment Foundation.
• Oversee custodial and on-call maintenance staff and coordinate office operations.
