Job summary
A family-run IT solutions company in Duncan, South Carolina is seeking a full-time Level 3 IT Tech Support individual. You will handle complex technical issues for both the company and its clients, with opportunities for career growth. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years in the IT field, experience with small networks, and strong multitasking abilities. Please note, this position is not remote and requires on-site attendance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an IT field required.
- Required experience with small networks and firewalls.
- Must have experience with MSP.
Responsibilities
- Handle higher level technical issues for the company and clients.
Skills
5 years minimum experience in an IT field
Experience with installation, configuration and monitoring of small networks and firewalls
Experience with MSP
Experience supporting users with Office 365 applications
Strong attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks in rapid succession
Experience working with active directory, VPN, and SQL servers
IT related Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
Experienced with FM Audit, Connectwise, or IT ticketing software
Experience writing SOPs
Experience with IP Phones
Education
