Morris Business Solutions LLC is seeking a Level I IT Support Specialist to join our on-site team in Duncan, South Carolina, with about 10% travel within SC/NC. This entry-level IT role focuses on resolving end-user tech issues, maintaining ticket records, and assisting with hardware/software problems.

Ideal candidates have IT-related education or experience, familiarity with AD/VPN/Office 365, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in rapid succession.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be physically capable of lifting a minimum of 20 lbs.
