Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Support, Level 2 to maintain and repair HVAC units, appliances, plumbing and electrical systems across our properties. You will diagnose issues, perform intermediate repairs, and supervise Level 1 staff while working with on-call rotations.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, ability to lift 50 lbs, and clear communication with residents and leasing teams. A high school diploma and relevant trade experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience (usually 1–3 years) with intermediate knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Strong quality and deadline orientation

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC units, household appliances (fridges, stoves, dishwashers), and electrical systems
• Performing plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains)
• Handling make-ready duties and inspecting vacant units for rent-readiness
• Providing technical direction to Level 1 staff
• Participating in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies
• General grounds maintenance and repairs (cleaning common areas, trash removal, curb painting)
